Who can apply for a Jungle account?
All Filipinos above 21 years old, who are employed or with a steady stream of income, can apply for a Jungle account.
How do I apply for a Jungle credit line?

Tap “Get Credit” located at the lower-left corner of the home screen. -
Complete all the required forms and provide all the needed information for the Verification, Identity, Education & Work, Financials, and Upload Documents sections. -
Tap “Request Credit”. -
Once approved, you will receive an SMS from Jungle confirming your account approval.
What are the requirements for a Jungle account?
Jungle only requires a few information and documents for you to get approved. You only need to complete the required information and provide the needed documents on the Verification, Identity, Education & Work, Financials, and Upload Documents sections.
Am I required to link my Jungle account to my social media accounts?
Jungle is not requiring you to link your Jungle account to any of your social media accounts. However, connecting your Jungle account to your social media accounts increases your chances of getting approved and getting more credit.
What valid IDs are accepted for a Jungle account?
All you need is to provide at least 1 government-issued ID such as your Philippine Passport, Driver’s License, Unified ID, SSS ID, TIN ID, and other primary government IDs.
What ID information is required for a Jungle account?
Providing your TIN and/or SSS number will increase your chances of getting approved for a Jungle credit line account.
Why do I need to take a selfie to apply?
In order to make the whole Jungle ecosystem of consumers and merchants safe for everyone, your selfie is required for us to verify your identity to avoid fraudulent applications and transactions.
Why do I need to give Jungle access to my smartphone location & notifications?

Do I need to pay Jungle any payment fees for my loan repayments?
Jungle doesn’t charge any fees for paying your loans. However, over-the-counter payment gateways like 7-Eleven, M Lhuillier, and/or Cebuana and online payment gateways like Coins.ph might charge you for their payment services.

How can I make a Jungle payment transaction inside a retail store?

Make sure you have a stable internet connection on your mobile phone. -
Login to your account through the Jungle app. -
Scan the QR code the checkout counter representative will show you. -
On your Jungle app, select the loan term that suits your budget. -
Review the loan terms that includes the fixed monthly installment amount, interest rates, and the next repayment date. -
Tap “Confirm” to proceed. -
Place your signature and tap “Accept Terms”.

How much is Jungle's interest rate?
We strive to give our valued borrowers the best interest rate in the market today. Our purchase loan interest rate starts at 3.5% monthly.
What other fees does Jungle charge to its borrowers?
Jungle only charges a 4.9% origination fee on the total amount of the loan and a 9.9% processing fee.
How can I purchase vouchers through Jungle?
You may use the Jungle buy now, pay later service with vouchers. We have some eVouchers currently available directly on the Jungle app.
