Is Jungle a registered company in the Philippines?
Jungle Lending, Inc., doing business under the trade name “Jungle”, is a duly registered lending company in the Philippines. Our SEC Company Registration Number is CS202002223 while our SEC Certificate of Authority is 3249.

Physical Stores: Is there a need for any Jungle Representatives inside my store?
No, we don't assign any Jungle Representatives inside your store.
Physical Stores: Do we need to process loan application request inside my store?
You won't need to process any loan applications inside your store.
Physical Stores: How to process Jungle installment payments inside my store?
Processing Jungle installment payments inside your store is easy! Simply performan the following steps on your Jungle Merchant App:

Under the "Charge" tab, type the total purchase loan amount and tap the "Charge" button. -
Show the QR code that will appear on your Merchant App to your customer. -
The customer will scan the QR code from the Merchant app and will process the purchase loan on her Consumer App. -
Once the customer is done processing the purchase loan transaction, go to the "Purchases" tab to check if the transaction is complete. -
Once complete, you may now provide the product or service the customer bought in your store.
Physical Stores: Do I need to connect my mobile device for the Jungle Merchant app?
Yes, your mobile device that contains the Jungle Merchant app should be connected to the Internet at all times, especially during payment transaction and confirmation.
Physical Stores: Do I need to buy a mobile device and other POS hardware from Jungle to use the Merchant App and accept installment payments?
Jungle offers POS technologies and devices for our partner merchants to purchase (interest-free installments available).
Online Stores: How do I process installment payments on my eCommerce store?
There's no need for you to process online installment payment transactions of your customers.
Online Stores: What happens if my customer chooses to pay with Jungle without having a Jungle account?
If your customer chooses to pay with Jungle on your eCommerce store without a Jungle account, she will simply be redirected to the App Store or Google Play to download the Jungle Consumer app.
Online Stores: How easy is the integration of Jungle on my eCommerce store?
Integrating Jungle's services on your eCommerce store is fairly easy depending on the eCommerce technology you are using.

Store Management
What are the applications and technologies Jungle will provide my store for management?
The two most basic applications Jungle will provide you as a partner merchant are the following:

Merchant App: This is the mobile application that you will use mainly for process Jungle installment payments and confirming installment payment transactions inside your physical store. -
Merchant Dashboard: This is where you can run analytics reports, update your store information, add store branches and employees, and check your earnings from Jungle.
Merchant Dashboard: How can I run reports for my store?
On your Merchant Dashboard, you will be able to run both purchases and earnings report. The reports are located on the homepage of the Merchant Dashboard itself.
Merchant Dashboard: How can I update my store information?
To update your store's information through your Merchant Dashboard, simply perform the following steps:

Click "Update Information". -
Change the information you need to update (Store Name, Store Category Store Description, Physical Store Images, etc.). -
Once done, click "Submit" to save changes.
Merchant Dashboard: How can I add new branches to my Jungle Merchant account?
To add and apply for a new store branch that will offer Jungle's services, simply follow these steps:

On your Merchant Dashboard, click "Update Information". -
Click "Locations". -
Type the name of your new location or branch. -
Search for the new location or branch address. -
Click "Submit" to save the changes.
Merchant Dashboard: How can I add new employees to my Jungle Merchant account?
To add new employee accounts to your Jungle Merchant account, follow these simple steps:

On your Merchant Dashboard, click "Update Information". -
Click "Employees". -
Click "Add Employee Account" button. -
Add employee account information. -
And then click "Submit" to save the changes.
